These terms govern your use of toriajayi.com and any services purchased through this website. By booking a session or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.
Services
All sessions and engagements are offered by Torinicity Ltd (trading as Tori Ajayi). Services are for personal development purposes and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
Bookings and payments
Sessions are arranged by email after your enquiry has been reviewed. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Retreat deposits are non-refundable after the application is accepted.
Confidentiality
All session content is treated as strictly confidential. Tori will not discuss client information with any third party. Clients seeking additional written confidentiality agreements may request one before their first session.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, and methodologies — is the property of Torinicity Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
